HexHauler™ is a rugged, stackable carrying system being developed as a stronger, more versatile alternative to conventional household and utility baskets. Designed for consumer, commercial and institutional applications, the system combines durable construction, ergonomic carrying, ventilation and modular features in a purpose-built design.
Development includes CAD modeling, material selection, 3D-printed prototyping, structural refinement, design-for-manufacturing and U.S. manufacturing research.

His work with Explosive Designz combines CAD modeling, mechanical design, 3D printing, hands-on prototyping, materials evaluation, product testing, supplier research and design-for-manufacturing.
As founder, Shawn is directly involved throughout the development process — from identifying a real-world problem and developing the initial concept through prototype refinement and preparation for manufacturing.
